Return and Refund Policy

Right of withdrawal

As a customer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day you receive the product, in accordance with applicable consumer laws. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within this period. The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Once the return is approved, the refund will be processed within 14 days after we receive the product. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.

 

Complaints: If the products in your box are damaged or defective upon delivery, you can file a complaint within 14 days. Contact us via email with a picture and description of the issue.

Return Process: For approved complaints, we will either send a replacement product or issue a refund.
